How do you clean The Leona?
Remove the cap and comb attachment with teeth and clean with a non-abrasive soap and water. Using a damn and soapy cloth or paper towel, clean the inside of the oil tank and wipe clean. Do not Rinse the device directly under water. Use a Damp cloth and wipe clean.
WARNING: The Leona is not waterproof, do NOT submerge the device to clean it in water, for risk of permanent damage to the device.
What is a 'healthy haircare regimen' and why does that matter for hair growth?
A healthy haircare regimen or routine is critical for growing and maintaining healthy curly hair. Using The Leona alone is not enough because our scalp and strands need to be moisturized, cleansed (with shampoo) and conditioned weekly. Also, choosing low manipulation and low tension styles are recommended to help prevent breakage and permanent hair loss.
