Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. 

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 

For order cancellations contact us at support@haiamabeauty.co immediately. 

We accept exchanges for items if there's an issue, or allow a return for store credit. Please contact us for details. 

We do not refund or credit shipping costs and we ask for 10% restocking fee as all of our products are handmade to order. Sorry, we do not accept returns for gift cards.
