Shipping Policy

At Haiama Beauty, we’re committed to delivering your haircare products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping policy.

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for orders over $75, otherwise rates are determined by carrier selected (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and start around $7. 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates determined  by carrier selected.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates determined  by carrier selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location:

  • Standard International Shipping: Rates determined by DHL, with delivery times ranging from 10-20 business days.
  • Expedited International Shipping: Rates determined by DHL, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier's tracking system. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Missed or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team at hello@haiamabeauty.co for further assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
